If something doesn’t go as planned, we’re here to help. 🎫 Ticket & Token Refunds Unused Game Tokens: Fully refundable within 7 days of purchase with valid receipt. Event Tickets: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund. After that, tickets are non-refundable. 🧾 Memberships & Subscriptions Monthly Memberships: Cancel anytime. Refunds are only available within the first 3 days of initial sign-up, provided no premium services were used. Annual Memberships: Refunds available within 14 days of purchase, prorated if any usage has occurred. 🥳 Private Bookings & Parties Full refund if cancelled 7 days before the event. 50% refund if cancelled within 3–6 days prior. No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event. 🛠️ Equipment Malfunction or Service Issues If a game machine or paid experience malfunctions and disrupts your play, please alert a team member. We offer: Token replacement Partial refunds for time-based games Or free credits as compensation
